Refund and Cancellation Policy
You are required to give 24 hoursnotice if you need to cancel or want to request a change in the appointmenttime. If you cancel fewer than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full session fee for all no shows. I might make exceptions to this policy foroccasional urgent medical situations, bad weather and/or a personal emergency. I will make every effort to reschedulesessions that are cancelled as soon as my schedule will allow. If you cancel coaching sessions repeatedly and I feel it is disrupting the work, I maydiscontinue services. I will make every effort to discuss this with you in advance.

Confidentiality
‍I will protect the confidentiality ofour communications consistent with the law and applicable professional ethicalstandards. I will only release information to others with your writtenpermission, in a true emergency, in response to a court order, or in responseto a subpoena. There are some situations in which I am legally obligated tobreach confidentiality in order to protect you or others from harm. If I haveinformation that leads me to suspect that the client is an imminent risk tothem or makes threats of imminent violence against another, I am required totake protective steps. These situations are quite rare in coaching practices.If such a situation occurs in our relationship, I will make every effort todiscuss it with you before taking any action. In order to provide the best servicespossible, I may engage in peer consultation and discuss the themes of meetingswithout providing identifying information about you.As you know, it is impossible toprotect the confidentiality of information that is transmitted electronically.This is particularly true of email and information stored on computers that areconnected to the Internet, which do not utilize encryption and other forms ofsecurity protection. If we communicate via a tele-coaching platform or by phoneyou must ensure your confidentiality from your location. For example, someonecould overhear your discussion if you do not take the steps necessary to ensureyour privacy. Sometimes you may feel your progressis enhanced when you discuss your coaching relationship with trustedcolleagues, family, and friends. You can have these discussions, but you must notshare information that leads to any possibility of the identification of othersin the group. If you are ever in doubt regarding what to reveal and what not toreveal, you are expected to not share that information so that you can protectthe privacy of others.If you are in a group coaching format,you are required to protect complete confidentiality of discussion and notpermitted to share any verbal / written information about any of the clients orthe discussion with anyone.
